How quickly will you respond to my inquiry?
I typically respond to all inquiries within 2 hours during business hours (9 AM – 6 PM, Monday–Saturday). For urgent matters, calling directly is the fastest way to reach me.
Do I need to be pre-approved before contacting you?
Not at all. Whether you’re just starting to explore the market or you’re already pre-approved, I’m happy to help at any stage. I can also connect you with trusted local lenders if you need a pre-approval.
What areas of Utah do you serve?
I serve the entire Wasatch Front including Salt Lake City, Utah County (Provo, Orem, Lehi, American Fork), Sandy, Draper, and Park City. If you’re unsure whether your area is covered, just ask — I likely know an agent I can refer you to if it’s outside my primary service area.
I'm an out-of-state investor. Can you work with me remotely?
Absolutely. Many of my investor clients live out of state. I offer virtual property tours, coordinate inspections remotely, and connect you with trusted local property managers. My goal is to make remote investing feel as smooth as buying in your own backyard.
What's the difference between a buyer's agent and a listing agent?
A buyer’s agent represents you when purchasing a home — helping you find properties, negotiate offers, and navigate inspections. A listing agent represents you when selling — pricing your home, marketing it, and negotiating with buyers. I do both, so I can help you regardless of which side of the transaction you’re on.
Is there a cost for an initial consultation?
No — initial consultations are always free. Whether you want a home valuation, a buyer strategy session, or an investment analysis, there’s no obligation and no pressure. My goal is to provide value upfront and earn your trust.
